I had a great experience here (at least as great as this sort of thing can be). From setting the appointment, the communications leading up to the appointment, and the procedure itself, everyone was very nice and professional. The day of the procedure, I allowed more time than I ended up needing as they worked very efficiently yet I did not feel rushed at all.
I had a great experience considering I was having my first colonoscopy. All of the staff were kind, informative and helped to ease some concerns I had. Dr Hanna was great. He addressed an issue he found and I had a referral to a surgeon and to have a CT done before I even left the procedure room. I was given clear results after I had the CT and all of my questions were answered.
Excellent experience here for a colonoscopy today. Very friendly and personable front desk staff when checking in. The nurses are outstanding- Matt and Myrna were very supportive and reassuring while preparing me for the procedure. Dr. Hanna is excellent- very clear in explaining the results afterwards and answering any questions I had. Overall an excellent experience here.
